Not only have our trainers been in the aviation industry for a combined period of over 50 years, but they have been conducting Safety, Service and Soft Skills training for an average of 15 years each.

They are highly qualified and experienced and view the learners as valued customers.

Since our trainers have had hands-on experience in the field, firstly as cabin crewmembers, then as crewmembers in charge of an aircraft and its crew and later as trainers, they are able to convey the information in a credible and convincing manner.  All our trainers have been held in high esteem by Operators, fellow crewmembers and passengers alike.  They give valuable advice to the learners relating to their past experience on the pros and cons of visiting a foreign country when on your own.

Our trainers have conducted training internationally and have been trained by Airbus in Toulouse (France) and Boeing in Seattle (USA). Due to the hands-on training conducted and received internationally, our trainers are well-equipped and experienced.  This wealth of experience is imparted to our learners.

Isabel, the Director of Training and Quality Assurance, was the first female Cabin Crew Designated Examiner to be appointed by the South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA).  She has been involved in training and assessing since the commencement of the licensing process in South Africa.  As a result, she has successfully trained many of the trainers currently in the industry.
