Call / Contact Centre Training:

Our advanced courses are custom-made to develop and improve required interpersonal skills within Call Centres.

Training outcomes will include:
  • Employing effective telephone etiquette
  • Answering telephone according to organisational standards
  • Processing incoming calls to organisational standards
  • Identify needs within a contact centre
  • Respond to customer needs in a contact centre
  • Provide information to customers
  • Working in a team
  • Problem Solving
  • Communication Skills

Course Entry Requirements

*Numeracy at NQF Level 1 or equivalent

*English verbal and written communication at NQF Level 2 or equivalent

*Computer operating skills at NQF Level 2 or equivalent

Course Cost: R4 000.00

Course Duration: 2 Weeks / 10 Training Days

Course dates for 2012: 

January 30th, February 27th, March 26th , April 30th, May 28th, June 25th, July 30th, August 27th, September 24th, October 29th and November 26th.

A minimum of 6 learners are required to commence a training course.
